The post “People who like this stuff...like this stuff” really hit home for me. It describes exactly what is going on currently in my district. I recognize the groups that are referenced in the post in my own organization. There are those that are on both ends of the extreme, the ones that readily accept change and the ones that will never accept anything but status quo. So I am left with some great advice from Mr. Godin, “The opportunity is to create a pathway, a series of ever-increasing expectations and experiences that moves people from here to there.’
